We all go through issues in our lives but sometimes there are things which seem to baffle us, thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere, telling us that we could never do something that we may want to do, that we aren’t good enough, or that no one will want to hear what we have to say.

We may feel tense and scared when we are facing something that we know we must do, we worry that we will fail or let ourselves down.

We debate the pros and cons of something to ourselves over and over, going round in circles but never seeming to make the right decision.

We may feel un-able to move forwards, stuck in nervous or anxious feelings, it seems to be that something in our mind is stopping us from getting where we want to go and do the things we want to do.

Coaching works by allowing us to identify what we term as our ‘limiting beliefs’, these are deep rooted beliefs we have had for years but which are not serving us in a positive way.

These limiting beliefs will have been lodged deep in our minds since we were young and are usually things we heard, from our parents, teachers, and friends in our formative years, many of which are just other people’s opinions about things, but which as we have grown have become so ingrained in us that we believe them to be facts.

Talking through our feelings helps us to understand that what we may have heard when we were young has affected how we view ourselves, feelings such as ‘not worthy’ or not being ‘good enough’ are prime examples of limiting beliefs formed from the statements we may have heard in our younger years.

During our work together we will identify your areas of concern and get to the root of where your limiting beliefs are stemming from, then using recognised accredited techniques we will look more closely at these beliefs, explore them to see how they are not serving you and then start to transform them into a set of more positive, confident, beliefs, changing the way you feel about yourself, so that you start to create more positive, inspired and confident thoughts and actions.

We will work on your natural strengths and abilities finding what brings joy in your life and the things which you are naturally aligned to, enabling a fresh, far more confident outlook, helping you to eradicate self-doubt.

Through guided support and motivation, you will learn about what really matters to you, understanding your true self is key to achieving the desires in life which you are naturally aligned with, the things that will bring you joy, so that you can live your life in the way that is right for you, on your terms.

Living life as your authentic self means that you will value your own unique talents, feel capable of presenting yourself as you are, be in control and feel confident and empowered to aim for the desires and goals you truly want.
